CGU Insurance required the capability to deliver key elements of Digital First, its new direct sales channel.
Evolving requirements and a hard deadline of 4 months to deliver a cutting-edge solution meant the project’s viability depended on engaging a vendor with specific and extensive insurance experience as well as rapid development capability.
By taking advantage of our existing industry specific code assets and adopting an Agile approach to requirements elicitation and development we were able to complete the production release of a minimum viable product by the hard deadline.
