Challenge

As one of Australians largest independent insurance brokerages, Insurance House identified a market need to deliver tailored insurance solutions to their customers online. Using insurance products underwritten both locally and abroad Insurance House needed the capacity to sell unique industry specific insurance offerings.

The initiative depended on the development of an insurance platform that could efficiently manage the insurance customer lifecycle end-to-end. Lacking in-house development capability the client required a vendor with experience, capacity and subject matter knowledge to deliver the solution.

Solution

A full lifecycle solution was developed allowing customers to purchase, renew and cancel their insurance through a fully automated system that integrates with both broker and underwriting systems. The user friendly management interface allows customers to view, edit and adjust their policies online, as well as direct access to a broker should they require advice or assistance.

With a built in suite of marketing and lead management tools the system ensures that Insurance House continue to lead the market on full lifecycle insurance solutions.
