As a provider of salary packaging and contractor payroll services PayMe had identified novated leasing as a service offering complementary to their existing market segment.
Lacking the strategic and technical expertise to capitalise on the opportunity PayMe required a vendor with the experience and capabilities to translate their vision into a practical and effective implementation.
In assessing competition for the service we identified an opportunity to leverage the proposed solution for new customer acquisition as well as cross-selling to existing clients.
A new strategy was implemented with the addition of digital marketing initiatives to capitalise on a position of strength within the contractor services market. PayMe now enjoy a more diverse service offering as well as a stream of new business.
